1. Mold Material & Durability
• Mold core and cavity: S136 / 2316 stainless steel, hardness HRC 52–58, anti-rust and anti-corrosion, perfectly adapt to long-term production of humid-resistant bathroom plastic parts.
• Mold base: Standard 45# pre-hardened steel, stable structure without deformation during long-run production.
• Service life: Standard mold supports 300,000–500,000 shots; reinforced molds can reach over 1 million cycles for mass production orders.
2. Core Technical Advantages
High Precision Dimension Control
Tolerance controlled within ±0.02mm, guarantee tight thread fit, good sealing performance and zero water leakage for plumbing plastic fittings. No slop between screw and fitting holes after molding.
Optimized Cooling & Short Cycle Time
We simulate plastic flow and cooling via CAE software at the design stage. Uniform cooling channels enable fast, even solidification of plastic products, greatly shortening molding cycle and improving production efficiency.
Multi-cavity Customization
Single-cavity, 2-cavity, 4-cavity and multi-cavity molds are available to match different production volumes. Interchangeable insert structure allows one set of mold to produce multiple similar accessories and lower customers’ mold investment cost.
Wide Plastic Material Compatibility
Our molds fit ABS, PP, PVC, PA6, PA6+GF30, POM, PC and other common sanitary plastics, covering household, hotel and engineering bathroom product demands.
