1. Mold Structural Features

This mold is a professional multi-cavity injection mold tailored for shower hose plastic fittings, integrating core technologies such as precision thread demolding and lateral core-pulling. It is professionally designed for internal and external thread structures of hose connectors, solving the demolding difficulty of special-shaped threaded plastic parts effectively.

Equipped with an automatic thread unscrewing mechanism and oblique slider side core-pulling system, the mold realizes one-time integral molding of complex connector structures including thread interface, clamping groove and sealing step. The fixed mold adopts a through-type circulating cooling water channel with a surround-type waterway layout, which greatly improves the cooling uniformity of the cavity and shortens the molding cycle. Meanwhile, the insert-type cavity structure is adopted, which is convenient for later maintenance, replacement and size modification, effectively extending the overall service life of the mold.
